Day 10: What was the hardest thing you gave up during this weight loss?
I haven’t really been bothered but a few times when i wanted chips or a cookie. I think its worth giving up a bag of chips for a great body. Right now i’m only a little like 10 pounds overweight.

Day 8: Your workout routine.
20 pushups(after they start burning…those are the ones that count)
20 sit-ups(after they start burning)
20 squats(after they start burning)]
Jog in place for 5 minutes… short but i have no time at all so that’s what i do.

Day 7: Do your parents know you are trying to lose weight? Do they care?
My parents don’t know. I would like them to know but I’m sure they would get pissed. So I’m not going to tell them they will know when i lost the weight and look and feel better, so hopefully they will be happy for me. :) Lets hope…

I don’t binge i guess. The only time i eat a lot and/or unhealthy is when my family or friends take me out to dinner. Like 3 times a week… so yeah if my family didn’t want to. I would be some much closer to my goal weight.
